    After using Unisome for several weeks I was looking for something to help me sleep that did not have drugs in it. I tried Mellodyn and am happy to be sleeping great. . . I first tried the lowest dose which was 1 but that did not work great for me so I started taking 2 and within 1 hour I am ready for bed and sleep soundly through the night.
